Frostkrone Food Group Brings a Festival of Flavours to SIAL 2024

Rietberg, 04 November 2024. At this year’s SIAL in Paris, the Frostkrone Food Group transformed their booth into a vibrant celebration of flavours, setting new trends in the global finger food and snack market. Drawing on culinary influences from Greece, France, the USA, and Mexico, Frostkrone introduced a range of innovative products that captivated visitors and created a lively “food festival” atmosphere.

The vast variety of Frostkrone’s offerings, combined with exceptional taste profiles, drew consistently positive reactions from trade visitors. Recognised as trendsetters in the market, these globally inspired finger foods highlighted Frostkrone’s commitment to creative, cutting-edge snacks. SIAL also provided the group with an ideal platform to engage in valuable discussions with industry experts and key decision-makers about emerging trends. With a dynamic team from Germany, France, the Netherlands, and the UK, Frostkrone connected seamlessly with the retail and food service sectors, discussing the future of finger foods and the company’s ambitious product plans.

Exciting New Finger Food Lineup

Frostkrone’s SIAL showcase included several new creations, each promising a unique experience for the adventurous snacker.

  • Maxxarella: Cheese lovers rejoice! Maxxarella serves up maximum mozzarella stretch, encased in a crunchy golden shell. With each bite, the cheese stretches just right, delivering a satisfying mix of crispy and tender textures—ideal for anyone who can’t get enough mozzarella.
  • Zucchini, Quinoa & Sheep's Cheese Ball Bites: A delicious balance of savoury and wholesome ingredients, these bites combine tender sheep’s cheese, grilled courgette, and cooked quinoa, enhanced with onion and basil. With a crispy outer layer, these bites are both hearty and satisfying.
  • Burrito Bites: Inspired by Mexican street food, these risotto rice balls are filled with tender mozzarella, bold cheddar, and pinto beans, with jalapeños adding a touch of heat. A centre of rich nacho cheese sauce provides an extra kick, all wrapped in a crunchy paprika tortilla shell.
  • Fondue Bites: These bites pack the full flavour of classic cheese fondue into a convenient, crispy package. Inside, a blend of mature cheddar, mozzarella, raclette, and soft cream cheese is enhanced, onion, garlic, thyme, and black pepper for a truly rich, savoury experience.
